Descripció WORKSHOP IMPLICIT BIAS:
Títol: Implicit bias in the workplace.
The workshops will give an overview of the origins of implicit bias and consider how implicit biases might play out at. Furthermore, the workshops will include a discussion about the practical steps that individuals and teams can take to reduce the influence of implicit bias on their decisions and actions

Maria Granell Moreno.
Bio:
Equality and Diversity advisor at NDORMS-Oxford University since 2012, Ms Granell develops and delivers the department’s Athena Swan initiatives and innovate NDORMS’s approach to the Athena Swan principles, to ensure the institution embraces, values and supports its staff and students at all levels. Ms Granell has experience of enabling inclusivity in the workplace and understanding of equality and diversity issues. She develops, monitors and coordinates departmental schemes to support staff development and career progression. She is a Departmental Bullying and Harassmernt advisor; Proud LGBT+ Ally; Implicit Bias trainer and accredited Workplace Mediator.
