L’Ajuntament de l’Escala (Girona, Catalunya) crea aquesta beca d’àmbit internacional adreçada als investigadors que, de forma individual o col·lectiva, presentin una proposta de recerca d’acord amb les bases aprovades en aquesta convocatòria, que té com a objectiu el foment de l’estudi en els àmbits de les ciències socials i humanes i de les ciències naturals, i s’atorgarà al millor projecte d’ investigació inèdit en els camps social i científic referits a l’Escala i el seu entorn o àmbit d’influència.
