Destination: Aims to complement and reinforce the requirement for higher education and research organizations applying to Horizon Europe to have a Gender Equality Plan as an eligibility criterion. It serves as an incentive to advance inclusive gender equality plans and policies within the new political agenda of the European Research Area and acts as a facilitator for the transformation agenda of universities outlined in the new ERA and in line with the new European Strategy for Universities.
