Este taller abierto del Proyecto SMARTFOODS pretende dar a conocer las tendencias más innovadoras de investigación y los retos científicos que afronta la industria alimentaria para evolucionar des del concepto de alimento funcional hacia el diseño y desarrollo de alimentos inteligentes. La sesión reúne expertos académicos y responsables científicos y de I+D de las empresas y centros participantes en el proyecto.
