Nancy Babio Sanchez, Guillermo Mena Sanchez i Jordi Salas-Salvadó membres investigadors de la Unitat de Nutrició Humana de l'IISPV han publicat el document titulat "Noves evidències científiques sobre el benefici del consum de iogurt" finançat gràcies a la contribució amb DANONE, SA.
El treball posa de manifest l'anàlisi de la composició nutricional del iogurt els seus potencials beneficis, així com el consum del iogurt, la qualitat de la dieta i les recomanacions de consum de làctics en diferents guies alimentaries.
