This session aims to explore how the principles of Open Science and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) can coexist with the protection of intellectual property, ensuring that data and results are accessible and reusable without compromising researchers’ rights.

We will discuss best practices, tools, and strategies for sharing knowledge safely, fostering collaboration while preserving the value and integrity of research.
