Topic: Melanoma.
Destination: MRP will invest in research focusing on the prevention, detection, diagnosis, and treatment of melanoma for the benefit of Service members, Veterans, their families, and the American public. In the inaugural year, the MRP sets forth a Challenge for the research and clinical community to change the approach to melanoma prevention, treatment, and long term care. Five awards are available:
• Idea Award (IA): deadline July 8, 2022.
• Melanoma Academy Scholar Award (MASA): deadline September 14, 2022.
• Mid-Career Accelerator Award (MCAA): deadline September 14, 2022.
• Team Science Award (TSA): deadline September 14, 2022.
• Focused Program Award – Rare Melanomas (FPA): deadline September 14, 2022.
Budget: 550,000-2M $.
Duration: 3-4 years.
