The Quality Commission of IISPV has the main objective of ensuring quality across all areas of activity within the Institute in a transversal manner, always seeking continuous improvement.
Its functions are:
-Reviewing the Quality Plan and Policy
-Monitoring and analyzing the indicators of the Quality Plan
-Planning quality objectives. · Preparing and revising the Process Map.
-Monitoring and controlling the indicators contained in the ISCIII Accreditation Guide
-Developing procedures, records, and other documents for the quality management system to drive the implementation of a quality management system that can be accredited/certified by ISO standards
-Reviewing and making appropriate contributions to all action plans (training, innovation, communication, etc.) and/or documents generated by IISPV
-Preparing and analyzing the satisfaction of stakeholders with IISPV’s activities
-Planning and monitoring corrective actions and non-conformities
