Introduction:
This course will explain what it means to work with a gender perspective in the field of research and the improvements that can be achieved when integrating a gender perspective into research management.

Objectives:

● Provide an overview of the legal framework and key concepts of gender policies in Research Centres
● Introduce the gender perspective in the design and management of Research Centres
● Learn how to apply a gender perspective in the daily work of participants
