EQUALITY AND NON-DISCRIMINATION AGAINST SEXISM AND LGBTI-PHOBIA AT IRB CATSUD

Introduction:
Training course on the policies implemented by the ISPV to ensure equal opportunities between women and men and to prevent and address sexual harassment, harassment based on sex, and LGBTI-phobic harassment and discrimination.
Explanation of the equality plan and the tools to prevent and address sexual harassment, harassment based on sex, and LGBTI-phobic behaviours.

 

Objectives:

  • Provide an overview of the ISPV equality plan and protocol to all staff
  • Explain what an equality plan is and its purpose
  • Explain the ISPV protocol
