Call for grants for pre-clinical research projects to encourage and accelerate the development of anti-Parkinson’s therapies with the potential to fundamentally alter the course of the disease or significantly improve symptom management . To meet this goal, we currently only accept applications from industry groups and academia-industry associations. Specifically, this annuity establishes the following funding priority:
Identify, validate or develop novel pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies through any of the pre-clinical stages of the therapeutics discovery and development process.
Test repurposed/repositioned therapies hitting priority PD pathways/targets in preclinical PD models
Budget: $250,000-$2,000,000.
Duration: 2 years.
