El Dr. Joan Borràs, distinguido con el Premio al Conocimiento 2026 del Ayuntamiento de Reus
El Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Pere Virgili (IISPV) celebra el reconocimiento otorgado al Dr. Joan Borràs Balada, subdirector del Instituto de Oncología de la Cataluña Sur e investigador vinculado a nuestro instituto, que ha recibido recientemente el Premio al Conocimiento 2026 del Ayuntamiento de Reus. El galardón destaca una trayectoria clave en el desarrollo de la oncología en el territorio, la creación del primer Registro de Cáncer de Cataluña y una contribución científica y asistencial que ha impulsado el progreso de la investigación y la atención oncológica en las comarcas de Tarragona y las Terres de l’Ebre.
