Topic: Ataxia.
Destination: Funding research projects on Friedreich’s Ataxia (FA) that involve collaboration between researchers from at least two different institutions. Preference will be given to projects that involve international collaboration with scientists from different countries and bring new scientists into the FA community. Collaboration must be well-founded and demonstrate clearly that the research objectives cannot be achieved by one group alone, and that synergy between the groups is essential for the project’s success.
Budget: $250,000/year.
Duration: 1-2 years.
